We act as a commercial intermediary between professional clients and third-party suppliers based in the UAE.

2. Business Activity

Hello Souk - F.Z.C does not manufacture the products listed.

All products are prepared by third-party suppliers after the order is confirmed and payment is received.

3. Target Clients

Our services are strictly reserved for professional clients (resellers, boutiques, etc.).

Clients without an EU VAT number may contact us directly via WhatsApp to place an order.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe, in one full payment.

Orders are only validated upon successful payment.

Prices may be shown in EUR, USD, or AED, depending on the selected currency.

All prices are listed exclusive of tax.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the UAE using FedEx, DPD, or other international carriers.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination or during peak periods (Ramadan, Eid, holidays…).

A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

6. Customs & Import VAT

Products are shipped tax-free.

The client is responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, or applicable taxes.

7. Returns & Claims

No returns are accepted unless there is a clear and proven defect.

The client must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.

Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.

Hello Souk - F.Z.C is under no obligation to accept a return if the item matches the order.

8. Liability — Supplier Clause

The client is solely responsible for product selection, local compliance, and resale.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman.
